By accessing or using Social Diffusion, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. AI-Generated Content
The Service allows users to generate, upload, and publish images and related content using AI tools.
You are responsible for prompts, uploads, outputs, and all content you post, including ensuring you have the rights needed to use and publish it.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content. You may not attempt to bypass safety systems, abuse APIs, or disrupt the platform.
The following are strictly prohibited, regardless of style or artistic context:
- Any depiction of minors (under 18) in sexual, suggestive, or exploitative situations.
- Any stylized, anime, cartoon, or photorealistic content involving minors in inappropriate contexts.
- Any loli/lolicon or shota/shotacon themed content.
- Urine, feces/scat, menstrual blood, or smegma fetish content.
- Content showing or implying child abuse, child exploitation, or child endangerment.
- Extreme gore or graphic injury.
- Bestiality or sexual acts involving animals.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain rights in content you create or upload, subject to licenses you grant us to host, display, process, and distribute that content for operation of the Service.
You represent that your content and use of the Service do not infringe third-party rights.
6. Moderation and Enforcement
We may review, remove, restrict, or disable content or accounts that violate these Terms, community standards, or legal obligations.
7. Subscription and Billing Terms
Paid tiers are billed as recurring subscriptions through our payment processors (including PayPal and Paddle). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the plan price and interval shown at checkout until cancellation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal. You can cancel from your account settings. Cancellation may take effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you request an upgrade or downgrade, your tier is not switched immediately. Entitlements are updated only after the payment processor confirms the billing status change and our system syncs that confirmation.
If a subscription is cancelled, expired, suspended, or fails to renew, your account may be downgraded according to current tier rules.
Successful billing events may grant monthly credits based on your tier. Unless required by law, processed payments are non-refundable. Payment disputes or chargebacks may result in temporary account restrictions while reviewed.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate third-party providers (for example, payments, storage, model providers, and social platforms). Their terms may apply to your use.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Diffusion is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
