Refund Policy

Effective date: April 9, 2026

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and purchases made on Social Diffusion through our payment processors (including PayPal and Paddle).

2. General Rule

Unless required by applicable law, completed charges are non-refundable. This includes partial billing periods and unused subscription time.

3. Possible Exceptions

We may review refund requests case-by-case for duplicate charges, proven technical billing errors, or unauthorized payments.

If a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method and may take additional processing time depending on the payment provider and bank.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. Cancellation does not retroactively refund prior charges and normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, related account access or features may be limited while the dispute is under review.

6. Requesting a Refund Review

To request a refund review, contact the Social Diffusion team through official support channels or by email.

Include your account email, transaction date, amount, and payment reference so we can review the request.
